Our Roles

Career opportunities at Polypipe Civils & Green Urbanisation span all areas of our operation. This includes everything from product development and engineering to drivers and installers.

Our team are strategically located according to the responsibilities of their role, meaning we have staff based both on-site at Horncastle, Lincolnshire or Loughborough, Leicestershire and remotely across the UK.

Earn And Learn

Continuous learning is an integral part of our business, and we are strong advocates for earn and learn schemes such as apprenticeships and sponsored learning programmes.

We are proud members of the 5% Club – a movement that exists to help employers increase the number, quality and range of earn and learn opportunities around the nation. Members of the Club aspire to achieve 5% of their workforce in earn and learn positions within five years of joining. Currently, five years after joining the movement, our percentage is 19.91%.

Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships play a vital role in our business, and we are proud to support our people through programmes that develop knowledge through real-world experiences. We are incredibly proud of our award-winning apprenticeship programme and the future talent it develops.

Many of our leaders began their careers as apprentices, helping to create a business rich in practical skills, ambition and a strong desire to keep learning.
