High-performance drainage systems for non-pressurised surface and sub-surface water applications

The very first twinwall surface drainage system in the UK with Highways Authority Product Approval Scheme (HAPAS) status, Ridgidrain has a high strength-to-weight ratio and flexibility to resist high traffic loads. Available in diameters from 100mm to 900mm, it’s manufactured from up to 100% recycled materials, offering a strong yet flexible solution ideal for highways, rail, and commercial developments.

A Sustainable Solution Without Compromise

Crafted from up to 100% recycled high-strength HDPE, our Ridgidrain pipes are 94% lighter than concrete, significantly reducing transport and installation costs while enhancing health and safety on-site.

They deliver the required strength and quality with much lighter weight, making them up to 30% quicker to install than other conventional drainage materials.

Ridgidrain's structured twin-wall design provides superior load-bearing capability, meaning you get all the benefits of sustainability, strength and lower weight without compromising on long-term effectiveness.

Fewer Joints, Lower Risk

Ridgidrain can be supplied in 6m lengths significantly reducing the number of joints required compared to traditional systems improving the hydrolic integrity across the pipe, lowing the risk of leakages. The smooth, low friction inner bore enhances flow efficiency, helping the water move quickly and reliably.

The integral socket design ensures a tight, reliable fit without the need for separate couplers, streamlining installation and reducing the risk of joint failure. This built-in feature not only saves time on site but also enhances system integrity, helping maintain consistent flow and long-term performance in drainage networks.
